Ayb School alumnus Sargis Simonyan’s work was announced the best in the Painting nomination by the jury of the Teen Art Awards competition. In summer, it will be displayed in Saint Petersburg and then included in the Teen Art Awards catalog.
Sargis created the painting at the time he was a 12th-grade student and applied for participation following the advice of his teacher, Mary Adamyan.
Sargis is a graduate of the 2021 class and is now studying international economics at Qatar Georgetown University.
