Tigran Buniatyan
Founding director of Coffee Cantata
Graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute, Faculty of Astronautics and Automatic Aircraft. Was admitted to the postgraduate course of the same faculty in 1993.
In 2000, founded the Coffee Cantata company, which is now a leading chain of specialty stores selling tea, coffee, and sweets across the Russian Federation.
Tigran Buniatyan was born in Kapan, Armenia, in 1970. Went to School N7 with math bias. In 1987, was admitted to the Faculty of Astronautics and Automatic Aircraft of Moscow Aviation Institute. In 1993, defended a graduation thesis and was enrolled for the postgraduate course of the same faculty. Together with like-minded people, founded Coffee Cantata company in 2000.
Coffee Cantata is a leading chain of more than 300 specialty stores selling tea, coffee, and sweets in the Russian Federation.
To counterbalance the threat of losing statehood looming over Armenia after the 44-day war and to promote patriotic values, the AMROTS National Development Foundation was established in 2021. Tigran Buniatyan has been the chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees since its establishment.
